Parkland Florida is tucked away in the northwest corner of Broward County between Boca Raton and Coral
Springs. It is a rare find in the bustling area of South Florida. There are miles of equestrian trails
meandering throughout the wooded acreage making it a perfect place for horse enthusiast and trees
predominate on land formerly owned by large cattle ranchers. Parkland's residents, however, are anything
but country folk. The city boasts A -rated schools and a variety of different types of homes. Homes

With Coral Springs located to the south and Boca Raton located to the north, Parkland offers a large
variety of shopping and restaurant choices. Both cities can be reached in an easy 10 minute drive from
Parkland. Boca Raton has the Boca Town Center with a Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Macy's
and every boutique store you can imagine. Coral Springs Mall offers Macy's, Dillards and many small retailers.
